There has been much talk recently on forums about UK fisheries operating illegally in France. Under French law, UK owned fisheries that are operating in France need to be registered with the French tax authorities and have a SIRET number. The SIRET number can usually be found on the fisheries website. The consequences to lake owners that are not registered and anglers fishing these lakes are considerable (a Google search will reveal all)
We would like to inform you that as the new owners of Moulinots we are registered with the French tax authorities but as the registration process takes some weeks we are currently waiting for our SIRET number to be assigned to us.
